The Retro Retreat ~dog friendly with large yard

Weather in the north country can change frequently. We are not responsible for challenging weather conditions. Please consider purchasing travel insurance. The driveway can fit only one trailer. Please use the blocks provided for trailer parking (under the porch steps) to prevent further damage to the new driveway. Overflow trailer parking is available courtesy Dalton Mountain Motorsports at 245 Jericho Rd (10 minutes away and ridable via ATV from the home). Just leave your trailer in the lot to the left and check in with the staff there. This lot is monitored, however Dalton Mountain and the Retro Retreat are not liable for any loss or damages caused by parked trailers. The garage can be used to store an atv ONLY. The garage is not large enough for cars/trucks. Guests will be responsible for damage to the garage if used for vehicles other than atvs. The 8 person max is strictly enforced (and includes guests and visitors). All guests and visitors must be included in the total number on the reservation. If guests have more than 8 people at the home they will be asked to leave without a refund. Our dishwasher is small (we had to "retro-fit" to install in the space), so you will have to run it multiple times if booking for larger groups. Extra dishwasher pods are provided. An additional cleaning fee will be charged for excess dirty dishes if left behind. Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Please respect our friendly, elderly neighbors that have lived in the neighborhood since our home was built. Smoking is only allowed outside, use container provided for disposal. Please empty container into the trash when you check out. Checking out: If you brought a dog make sure their waste is in the woods or bagged and left in the trash can in the garage. Please run the dishwasher, hand wash any remaining dishes Clean the grill if you used it, return outdoor chairs and umbrella to the porch so they are dry for the next guests. Please strip beds and leave dirty linens on the beds. Turn off AC. Close and lock windows and doors. Cats are not allowed. Dogs (if applicable) Maximum of 3 dogs per stay. We do not discriminate based on breed although it will feel crowded with larger dogs. A crate and extra bowls are provided but please BYOB (dog bed or blanket). Pets are NOT allowed on couches or beds. The home is located on a busy road. Dogs must be leashed for safety and kept off of the neighbor's property. A kennel is provided as a convenience, and gets shade most of the day, but do not leave dogs outside unattended. Excess barking will not be tolerated and guests will be asked to leave without a refund. Waste must be disposed of into the woods/bushes behind our property, or leave bagged in trash can in the garage upon departure. A rake and shovel can be found near the kennel. We do not charge an up-front pet free, but additional cleaning fees of up to $100 will be charged for excess hair, hair on furniture, or if you do not clean up after your pet. Please use towels under the sinks for paws and messes instead of the white bath towels.

This is a ranch with all rooms on the first floor for guest access. There are some stairs to get into the property but no stairs inside the home. The cellar is not available. The garage is old but has a new door and is available for atv/dirt bike storage.
